Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Nand’s Spice Range.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

All sales are considered final unless there is an issue with the product received.


Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement, refund, or alternative resolution is appropriate.


Change of Mind

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Preference of taste or flavour

  • Opened or used products

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If you are unsure which spice blend is right for you, feel free to contact us before placing your order.


Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The product was damaged in transit and can be proven - claims must be made within set times with NZPost and will be reviewed case by case

  • The incorrect item was sent

  • There is a verified fault with the product

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
