Nand’s All-Purpose Spice Mix is the heart of our kitchen and the foundation of our range. This blend brings together lentils, seeds, nuts, and aromatic spices that have been part of our family’s cooking for generations.

It begins with the dals our grandmother cooked with every day, grounding meals in nourishment and comfort. These are layered with seeds traditionally used for wellbeing, followed by warming spices that filled her kitchen with aroma as she toasted them slowly by hand.

Every ingredient has a role. Every flavour has a purpose. The result is a deeply balanced spice mix that melts into food, adding warmth, depth, and richness without overpowering the dish.

How to use

• Add 1–2 teaspoons to curries, soups, stews, stir-fries, or vegetables
