We aim to make shipping simple, reliable, and transparent. Please read the information below for details on how we process and deliver orders.


Shipping Locations

Nand’s Spice Range ships to:

  • North Island, New Zealand

  • South Island, New Zealand

  • Rural New Zealand

If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.


Processing Time

Orders are processed as soon as possible after purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation via email. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.


Shipping Options

We offer:

  • Flat-rate shipping

  • Local pickup (where applicable)

  • Free shipping over a specified order amount

Shipping rates and available options will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please ensure you choose the correct shipping option to prevent delayed shipping. 

If the incorrect shipping is chosen, shipping won't be made until additional payment for the correct shipping price is made.



Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • North Island deliveries typically arrive sooner than South Island or rural deliveries.

  • Rural addresses may require additional time.

  • International delivery timeframes vary by destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or peak periods.

Our rough shipping guide is:

Waikato: 1 – 2 work days
Auckland, Northland, Bay of Plenty: 1-4 work days
Taranaki, Manawatu, Wellington: 2 -4 work days
South Island: 3 – 5 work days
Allow extra for Rural Delivery.


Local Pickup

Where available, local pickup instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed.

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.


International Orders

We don't currently ship internationally, if you would like to discuss options, please contact us directly.


Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

Nand’s Spice Range is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
