Nand’s All-Purpose Spice Mix – Hot is crafted for those who love heat without losing balance. This blend builds on the same nourishing base of lentils, seeds, nuts, and aromatic spices found in our original recipe, but with a stronger chilli presence that delivers a lively, warming kick.

The lentils provide body and depth, the seeds bring texture and nourishment, and the spices add warmth and aroma. The increased chilli lifts the blend, creating a bolder flavour profile that still stays true to our family’s traditional method of cooking.

This mix is designed to enhance food, not overwhelm it. It brings warmth that builds gently and finishes with satisfying depth.
